Select common serving sizes below. Each selection adds one serving to your comparison — this is an informational tool, not a recommendation to drink.
Presets are approximate examples. Actual brand labels, recipes, alcohol percentages, and glass sizes may differ.
Add your own drink
Know the ABV and serving size? Estimate its alcohol-derived calories, then add any extra calories from mixers, sugar, or other ingredients. Or enter its known total label calories directly.
When known total calories are provided, that number takes priority. Alcohol grams still come from volume and ABV. The “other calories” estimate includes sugars, mixers, and other ingredients, and isn’t measured automatically.

What if this pattern repeated?
Hypothetical arithmetic only. These are not weight gain or fat-loss predictions and do not include dietary compensation or changes in behavior.
Frequency assumptions are hypothetical and not recommendations for how often to drink. Less alcohol reduces exposure to alcohol-related risk.
How alcohol calories work
Pure alcohol provides about 7 calories per gram. The formula for grams of alcohol is roughly millilitres × ABV fraction × 0.789. For packaged products, the nutrition label is the better source for total calories: beer, cider, wine, and mixed drinks can contain additional energy from carbohydrates and other ingredients.
